💸 REFUND POLICY (Digital Downloads)

All products sold by netplayworld are digital downloads (web icons, stickers, talisman designs, and other graphic assets) delivered instantly upon purchase.

All sales are final and non-refundable once the digital file has been delivered or made available for download.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Digital files once delivered or downloaded
• Custom or personalized design files
• Products purchased by mistake where the file has already been accessed

We will consider a refund or replacement only if:

• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
• The wrong file was delivered
• A duplicate purchase was made in error (contact us before downloading)

To request an exception, contact us within 7 daysof purchase at netplayworldai@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
